Ashvik: Hey guys! Sorry for making you all worried I am fine , I was just exhausted from the performance and All the stress for exams , I forgot to eat properly and fainted due to fever but I am fine now promise 🫣✋.
Dante ✨: Fainted, you Fainted and you are telling us that you are fine now ? And we were not worried we were terrified actually, you know if you have not messaged another 30 minutes, we were coming to see you !
Amaira 😸: you Just come to school! I am telling you, I will kill you with my bare hands 😡
Avery 👻: I asked you right if you have had anything or not beforehand and if you are feeling fine ? Why didn’t you tell me about fever?

Sofia 💃: If something like this happens in future, or you feel can happen, please focus on your health first thing first. It’s most important Vik , everything is secondary.
Xander ☠️: you know Dante called me 20 times to ask about your health from your brother.
Ashvik: wait yess, Sofia was the one to call Ansh bhai ?
Sofia 💃: yeah ! Let me tell you he is so rude , I called 15 times and he picked 3 times only then he cut the call when I called the third time , my calls ,like can you imagine! But yeah then he messaged me to tell about your health and safety and to not call again as you were still asleep, That’s only good thing about him . Overall he is a jerk
Dante ✨: wait if you didn’t talk to his brothers then how the hell you told me that Ashvik is fine at night time ? You better explain it Xandy 😡
Xander ☠️: Ofcourse, of you will call at 2 am then what will I even say ? That wait let me call Ansh . He is not my friend okay! So I just said yeah he is fine . 🫡

Amaira 😸: and your punishment for skipping Meals and getting sick is that, you have to eat healthy lunch prepared by me as compensation!

Ashvik was feeling so much better after talking with his friends and his fever has reduced,but he was feeling guilty too for lying, but he couldn’t tell them about the incident to anyone, he is scared of being Judged and moreover his brothers has told him not to tell anyone about it for safety and to avoid any media coverage, as his school is a big school where all the rich kids go so media is always looking forward to capture any gossip from their sources. So he cannot tell anyone about anything to anyone.
He was not feeling good about sleeping all the time so he decided to make use of time and started doing his homework.
After 2 hours, someone knocked on his door, to say he was stunned would be an understatement, because no one enters his room at this hour , he opened the door, only to see Ansh standing there with a serious expression on his face.
Ansh: Can ..can I come in
Ansh said scratching back of his neck
Ashvik: ye..yess
Ashvik hesitantly gave him side
Ansh : I wanted to apologise, I know what I did with you all this time is not small and you might not forgive me for that , I am ready to earn your forgiveness too , I am so sorry Ashvik, because of me they got the Idea that they can harm you , I am sorry I should have stood up earlier, I know for a matter of fact that whatever happened was not your fault , I was blind soo so blind and hurt to understand it Ashu , I just did whatever I could to get you into trouble, I am sorry pls forgive me , I am a bad big brother, I should have protected you from punishments and from my papa too , but after papa told me about you , your birth and you..your father I hated you , I hated you for carrying that persons blood. I am sorry.
By now Ansh was a sobbing mess , he was just crying. And Ashvik also had tears in his eyes.
Ashvik: why ? Why now bhai ?
Ansh : because watching you dance yesterday, made me realise, I was not the only one to lose mumma , you lost her too , I got to feel her , live with her and Get her love , so I love her the way I do today, but you , you never met her but then too you love her , you love her as much as we do possibly more , you never got to know her , but then too she is your mother .
I am sorry ashu please forgive me. I .. I did not scattered those glasses, I came to terrace to tell you that, I really didn’t, i know you must be thinking I did that to hurt you but I didn’t, I know I have done much worse and terrible things to you but that , I really didn’t and neither sending Kai and Jay to terrace, I will never do something like that , doing is far not even think about something like that happening to you.
Ashvik didn’t said anything and just started crying like a baby,
Ashvik: you know..you know how …how…much it hurts..not the wounds …but the fact that the one causing them is someone you love the most .. Abhimanyu bhai and Armaan bhai never loved me , I know, I knew from the very start , but you .. you held me bhai .. through nightmares.. you .. you saved me from the monsters under the bed .. you were my best friend too .. and suddenly one day I woke up and you were just .. just mean and hated me with a passion. It was the thing that hurts the most.
Ansh : I am sorry please, please forgive me bubba please, I cannot erase the past but I promise to protect you with my life in future, no one can hurt you not even me. I am sorry for being such a fucking terrible person to you .
By now Ansh was on his knees crying along with Ashvik, both were crying and hugging each other like their life was dependent on it .
Ashvik cutely sniffles and asks in a baby voice in barely a whisper.
” You promise na ? If if you break your promise I will not talk to you, main aapse kabhi baat nhi karunga aur , aur ghar me sabse bhi . You can’t back off now bhaiya , see you promised me to love me ”
Ansh : promise, I will kill myself before hurting you ashu and I meant it .
Ansh said and pinched Ashvik’s cheeks as
Ashvik was now looking so adorable to him because of crying and sniffling his Whole face was looking like a tomato, he couldn’t help but pinch those cute bread cheeks .
Ansh: you know, you nailed the performance yesterday. It was so good, just…just like Mumma’s . She would be so proud to know that you are like her .
Ashvik: really?
Ansh : hmm
They both were sitting there together still hugging each other, for some minutes, then Ansh said , I should go now you can continue to study, I disturbed you . Sorry Ashu , really!
Ansh : And please tell your crazy friend about boundries, that girl what was her name, sauf.sofy….yeah Sofia, about boundries. She called me 15 times , then too which I picked up 3 times, then too I had to message her to stop calling me . She is insane, and super rude too.
Ashvik: hahahaha , you know Bhai she said something similar about you , usne bhi yahi bola ki aap kitne rude ho .
Ansh : how dare she ? Oh god I hate her already ! But yeah she’s a good friend and care about you that’s more than sufficient.
Ashvik: yeah, they are .
Ansh : okay bye , I am going, but before that let’s go and have some hot chocolate, it helps to function you know? After all we need something sweet to register so many emotions.
Then both of them went to the kitchen to prepare hot chocolate,
Ashvik : you still love hot chocolate?
Ansh : Ofcourse! It’s loveeee
Ashvik: wait let me make it for you .
Ansh : ok , well you are a great cook .
Ashvik: huhh , how do you know?
Ansh : Ofcourse I know, I ate that choco pastry you made for me .
Ashvik: I. ..I thought you threw it .
Ansh : no , I couldn’t. how could I? It was your birthday gift for me , you worked 3 hours relentless.
It was delicious, can you make it again someday? Plss
Ashvik: yess , I am so happy you know, I was so sad that day but now knowing you ate it , makes the effort worth it .
Ansh : Let’s drink it in the tree house at the back , shall we?
Ashvik: yess
They both talked for sometime about nothing and everything at once feeling whole again, Ansh was in cloud nine as he has not expected to get Forgiveness so easily, but who is he kidding? The one to forgive was Ashvik , the same person who cannot see Him getting hurt after he hurts him daily, or the same Ashvik who apologise for being human to them , the same Ashvik who apologised to Armaan for Fainting and going to hospital half dead after ” supposingly punishment” he deserves , he was still so innocent after everything that he forgive him easily, after all he was his favourite bhai , who once held him through tough time , it took only one apology and some sweet words to make things normal for Ansh. After everything, every wound, every comment and basically years of hell , just an apology, this is what Ashvik was, a innocent boy who just need love from his brothers. It doesn’t even took him a day to forgive Ansh. But Ansh has made a promise to himself, that he won’t hurt him ever again and won’t let Anyone hurt him too , even his brothers. And this time no matter what happens or whatever his father tells him , he is not going to fall for it .
He will protect his baby brother his bubba and His Ashu with all his strength.
