Chapter 15

With Ashvik and Ansh

After bidding goodbye with trio Ashvik went to the parking lot only to see Ansh leaning against the car waiting for him , seeing that Ashvik panicked as he was not going to his house immediately, as he have to go on his part time job, but Ansh didn’t knew about it , and Ashvik was not sure how he will react to the information,

Ashvik: bhai ? Aapki toh practice thi na ?

Ansh : nah ! Cancel hogai isiliye mai free hu aaj , chalo baitho late ho raha hai.

Ashvik: umm.. woh..woh bhaimujhegharnhijana.haicafechoddijiyena.

Ashvik stumbled out all the words in one go being scared of Ansh’s reaction.

Ansh: Uh , mai sirf human language bolta hu mere pyaare bhai , thoda insaano jaise bolne ka kasht karlo .

Ashvik: Mai …mujhe ghar nhi jana hai cafe chod dijiyena mujhe kaam tha kuch .

Ansh : huh cafe me kya kaam hoga ? , sidha bolo na bhookh lagi hai , chalo sath me kuch khate hai mujhe bhi lagi hai bhookh toh ,

Ashvik: nhi bhai , woh..woh.. mai na ek cafe me part time help karta hu , but no one knows me working their and I work inside the kitchen so no one can see me .

Ansh : but…but..why do you have to work? Tumhe pocket money nhi milti kya ? And does bhaiyas know about it ?

Ashvik: Milti thi , but you remember? uss din jab aapne mere card se sabke , aapke friends ke liya lunch liya tha na tab Abhimanyu bhai ne le liya tha card, unhone kaha ki main bohot irresponsible hu toh phir isiliye maine,phir manga bhi nhi toh , isiliye.

Ansh remembered, God he knew he was bad with Ashvik but now looking back he is realising how bad it was as because of him Ashvik didn’t even have pocket money to spend .

Ashvik said scratching the back of his neck, being embarrassed of his own situation.

Ansh : but..then …. how are you managing your expenses? You..you.. don’t need to work from now on ! It was my mistake right? I will fix it .

Ashvik: you don’t need to bhaiya, I..I don’t want to… become a.a burden on you and bhaiyas, bhai I am fine .

Ansh : No way you can work, atleast not till you are 18 and I don’t work either, do you think I am a burden?

Ashvik: No..No bhai .

Ansh : see , so how can you be a burden? Let’s go we will have something to eat and you can inform the incharge that you can’t continue.

Ashvik: But bhai they love you, so, you are not, but they don’t love me na , pls Understand.

Ansh : It’s…it’s not …like…that they might not..show but they care okay! End of the discussion, i will correct my mistake and get your card back. And you just focus on studies.

Then both of them sat in the car , the whole ride Ansh was silently thinking about how much Ashvik have to endure because of him and that’s not the worst part as after everything, no one even noticed , not him not his brothers and this small human bundle Just endured and managed everything on his own and now when he wanted to make everything better he didn’t even make him realise his cruelty by saying, he just wanted to continue his work like nothing is wrong with a 15-16 years old working, he was furious at himself, his brothers and the shop owner too to let a kid work,

They reached the cafe in sometime,

Ashvik; bhaiya you sit , I will talk to uncle on my own , okay!

Ansh : but .. okay fine .

Ashvik: let’s go bhaiya!

Ansh : do you want to eat something before going home ?

Ashvik: nope , but bhai if you want I can make ramen bowl for us I learnt it ,it will taste good , we can buy groceries for it .

Ansh : umm , nice idea and it’s safe too.

Then they both went to a super market and bought necessary items, after reaching home both brothers went to their room and changed into casuals

After Ashvik came back from his room Ansh was looking at him for a solid ten seconds before saying

Ansh: Ashu , are you fine? I mean its so hot and you are wearing this outfit now ?

Ashvik: ji bhai main toh bilkul thik hu . Wo na Mujhe kabhi kabhi bohot thanda feel hota hai toh , isiliye pehna hai .

Ansh : okay, agar kuch bhi serious lage toh batana .

Then Ashvik made Ramen bowl for both of them and sat at the dinner table, he took photo of his food and sent it to The group, just to tease Luca as he can’t Handle spicy food and he knew because in the cafeteria when the lady gave him slightly spicy Rice , he completely lost it , he was drinking water and milk for atleast half an hour, then too was sulking about food lady conspiring against him .

Ashvik: * photo * Luca are you hungry bro ? I was Just thinking about you while cooking 🫣

Luca 👽: hauu saazish racheli ja rahi hai mere khilaaf your honour 😱

Avery 👻: racheli ? What’s that,? Wait you mean to say rachi 😂😂😂

Dante ✨: why were you thinking about that idiot while cooking, you must have spoiled the food 😤

Ashvik: uhh , what was that ? 🥲

Xander ☠️: Dante bro , you have to come and pick me again, We have work, will yah ?

Dante ✨: shut up Xandy the candy 🍬 🍭

Ashvik: okay, bye bye let me eat now 💃

Sofia 💃: what was that ? He came like a tornado, made us all hungry except Luca Ofcourse, and left , ughhhh, I am hungry now 🤔👹

Avery 👻: i have work too , so bye guys.

Amaira 😸: we are the only three left , let’s order pizza ?

Luca 👽: okiee

Ansh was looking at Ashvik smiling like crazy into his phone and feeling jealous, as he was not talking with him at all , he was busy in his phone,

Ansh : Ashvik! Eat food first.

Ashvik: oh yeah .

Ansh : what will you do afterwards?

Ashvik: I am going to study for my upcoming test it’s physics again.

Ansh : Ok , work hard , you know bhaiya hate when we mess up even a bit .

Ashvik: hmm , I know better bhai .

Saying this Ashvik’s expression instantly fell thinking about the behaviour of his behaviour, and now Ansh was feeling bad for ruining Ashvik’s mood , so he said to cheer him up

” Hey it’s okay, you will Ace this exam ! You can ask me about anything you want, Anytime, okay! I will teach you, I am good at physics. ”

Ashvik: Thank you bhai . I am going to my room now , bye bye, love you.

Ansh then yelled, Bye bye bubba , and yeah , thanks for the food .

Ashvik went to his room feeling shy with a huge blush clear on his face he was , happy and satisfied too, as from now on he can completely focus on his studies, without thinking about his work and without getting tired .

He then started to study for his exam ,

After 3 hours, he completed his whole chapter and decided to take a break, he decided to draw as he didn’t had time for it due to the hectic schedule,

He drew this picture with dry pastel .

Then suddenly a maid came to take him for dinner, he went to the table only to see Ansh sitting alone,

Ashvik: where are both bhaiya?

Ansh : they had some work to do , today so They will come late. It seems we are the only one to eat .

Ashvik: hmm

Then the maid came with the food and placed the food infront of them , as usual Ashvik didn’t ate much and just played with food and then went to sleep,after bidding goodbye with Ansh .

Dante and Xander first went to the warehouse to check the damage done by Russians , where he left Xander for some time and went outside to run an errand, when a message popped up , he picked his phone as he has set a different voice effect for the messages sent by Ashvik, he saw how he has texted the photo of ramen with the captain how Ashvik was thinking about Luca while making it , but Dante being Dante went on full jealous baby mode and typed his reply, and seeing that , Ashvik was confused he was feeling stupid now , and sulking, the Dante was sulking on the way to pick Xander , and was complaining to him about how Luca and Amaira get to celebrate more time with his Shiv .

Dante : Dekho na Xander , humari class alag hai,Aisa kuch nhi ho sakta kya ki ham Ashvik logo ke sath me hi padhe ?

Xander : Dante ? Ye tu hi hai na Bhai ? Jo insaan 30 minutes bhi Luca ki bakwaas nhi tolerate karta woh ? Just imagine him crying about studies all day if being in a same room. It’s too much I can’t.

Dante : par..dekho Aisa hai ki meri shiv se baat hi nhi ho paa rahi ha, wo dono donkeys of a bhai behan mere , jaan ke dushman ban rakhe hai . Hamesha Ashvik ye . Ashvik wo , Aisa hi karte rehte hai , picha hi nhi chodte kahi !

Xander: You are whipped bro , get a grip on yourself Ashvik is not like others you dated he is shy and innocent, he didn’t understand your possessive nature yet , don’t scare him away.

Dante: yeah .

Dante said feeling stupid and being embarrassed

Soon they reached their home where Avery, Dante’s father and Xander’s father were already waiting for them, with some soldiers of them .

The Aura around the meeting room was too dangerous, all the members were sitting stiffy in their seat because they knew they have fucked up really bad this time , and their capo is mad ,

Dante’s father: I got to know that their is a mole working under our group .

Dante’ s father said twirling a knife in his hand .

Xander: I looked at the scene today, I didn’t found anything that can tell us about The breach, everything was planned, They knew everything about us , every corner every small imperfection of the place, they didn’t came for the objects this time , they came for giving us a warning, they want us to cower and hide.

Dante : Someone was following me, The tried to attack but couldn’t, I lost them with my bike , it’s clearly something personal this time ,

Suddenly Dante’s father eyes darkened, he threw the knife he was holding at the wall , making a nearby soldier to flinch.

Dante’s father: I knew it .. I knew he will come back … Call the leader of Fallen Angels and tell him I want to talk about what happened on 3 july and also tell him I knew his mother. Leo it’s your job to have a decent communication with them .

Leo ( Xander’s father) : yes boss !

Dante : Dad, i . I think we need more security right now, as whatever the opponent is , it’s not exactly here for our weapons ,money or shipments , it looks something personal. And we cannot lose family over anything.

Father: yess , you are right, Avery do not leave Luca and Amaira alone , even for a moment. All three of you are safe together.

Avery: yes boss ! I will make sure they both are safe and sound.

Father: good , and how many times I have to tell you to call me dad like they do ? Hmm Ave you are my own child . Don’t worry about their safety only, you can’t get hurt either! Understood ?

Avery: yes dad .

Father: Good, I will send some bodyguards with you all , and Dante and Xander you two also be together with Sofia and yess, your mother is in one of the safe house so don’t worry about her, till then , be in groups only.

By now only Family members were present in the room as everyone was sent to look into the mole .

Dante : okay. We will watch for each other. But you too take care of yourself old man .

Dante said with a playful smirk but deep inside he was worried for his father,

Father: hey who are you calling an old man you Kiddo.

Dante : ofcourse sir it’s you , who else ?

Father: ha ha , ask your mother whose the old man here . She will tell you better she might be old women but I am still young, hmph .

Avery: Dad , I am going to tell mumma , really it will be fun to watch you explain how? she is an old women.

Xander: run uncle run . I am telling you!

Father: you kids na ! Just too much for my liking. Let’s get to work now,

Dante : (scratching the back of his neck) well I don’t have anything to do now so , can I go ?

Father; (raising an eyebrow) why early?

Dante : ( yawning) just tired
.
Father : okay go back now , but yeah be safe and tell me when you reach.
