⚠️ Also, I don’t have any kind of training in writing or anything of that nature so apologies for the grammar & spelling mistakes. Most of the things I write are little things I think about in the middle of the night or whilst trying not to stress about school.

Techno woke up with a aching body. He was laying on his side. This position was now uncomfortable because his arm and left leg now felt numb. Ignoring his dry throat he slowly tired turning his body but a sharp pain  hit his lower back.

Taking a deep breath in he stopped his actions. Opening his eye he looked around and found that his surroundings were different. It looked like a hospital. Confused he turned his head until he heard some voices coming from the slightly opened door to the room he lay.

“He should be fine… But I have to ask, what had he taken before coming here?”

“Nothing that I know about… Why?”

“Uhmm… I found a large amount of a substances in his blood.”

“Substance? You mean he took something?”

“Most likely but I’ll have to consult with the patient in order to know more.”

Kengkla frowned. His heart was heavy. Having to see Techno go through something like that 

“His lucky…”

“What?”

The doctor pulled a soft smile. “I said his lucky. Most that come here end up leaving with nothing.”

“Am sorry… I don’t understand what your talking about.”

“The baby? It’s still alive… Went through some truma but it’s fine. He seems to still be sleeping so when Techno gets up please call me…”

The doctor left Kengkla in a shocked state of mind. He hadn’t expected to hear such. His emotions began dancing around his body. Worry and happiness pulled and tugged at each other. Rounding each other as they danced to the same song. His heart beat fast as he realized what this meant for him and Techno.

Kengkla walked in and found Techno to be awake. When he tried getting closer to him Techno made an attempt to scoot back.

“Don’t come any closer…”

Kengkla frowned. “Stop moving… You’re hurt.”

“I said stay away from me!”

“….”

This sudden burst of anger surprised Kla. He had no idea why Techno would be acting this way.

Techno’s breathing was now heavy. He wanted Kla out. The sooner the better. Seeing his face made him angry but mostly hurt. It hurt him so much and the idea just kept swimming around in his head.

Kla noticed a red beeping flash on a monitor that sat on Techno’s wrist. Not long after, a nurse came rushing in. He made his way to Techno’s side.

“What happened? Your heart rate went up. You need to clam down.”

Techno took a few breaths in and let them out again. “I’ll calm down when he leaves.”

The nurse looked over to kla. “Sorry Sir but afraid you have to leave…”

Kengkla looked towards Techno…

“Its for the patient Sir…” Kengkla didn’t open his mouth to disagree even though his mind was telling him to hold Techno down and force him for an answer to why he was doing what he was doing. He left closing the door behind him and just stood there.

The nurse worked on getting Techno calm again. “Your blood pressure can’t get to high – it might hurt the Nady and it’s already gone through hell.”

Techno’s eyes began to glicin. He missed his brother, he missed his grandfather. He missed his old life. If he had known that getting involved with Kengkla would lead him to such a fate. His life so meaningless to a man like Kla.

The nurse continued on his mission while Techno finally got the courage to speak.

“Will I be able to leave today?”

“Uhmm, I don’t think so… You’ll have to ask the doctor. He still needs to check up on some things.”

Techno nodded. He let the nurse carry on until he was done when he turned to leave Techno made one last cry. “The man that stands outside the door… Please make sure that he doesn’t enter.”

“Oh… But he seems to be worried about you. Can I ask why you want him to not enter?”

“No… Just tell him to not enter.”

“Okay…”

Techno watched as the nurse opened and closed the door in seconds. He hoped that he would do as he asked… He wanted to avoid Kengkla as much as possible. He even planned to leave the hospital and go home. Eventually erasing everything that happened this mouth, everything except one.

It broke his heart that his would no longer be the same. What would his grandfather think of him? What about his brother? Not married not in a relationship yet ending up with a bady. To make it worse the father wants nothing to do with it so it be better by having his right hand man poison and try kill it.

Techno was heart broken. He didn’t want this child but now knowing that Kengkla felt the same made him feel worse. So bad that he took pity on it.

He lay on his side as tears worked their way down. He did not know what do now.

It felt like hours had passed when the door opened again.

“How are you feeling Techno?”

The doctor asked as he opened set out some tools.

“Tierd.”

“I can imagine. I’ll ask you a few questions and then I’ll give you some medicine for some the things your feeling.”

Techno let his body rise up and nodded to what was said.

“Now… Can you explain to me the high level of abortion pills in your system?”

Techno froze. His eyes stayed on the doctor. His mind processed his words and finally gave an answer.

“I haven’t taken any pills… I didn’t know I was carrying until today.”

“How did these enter your system? It’s high percentage Techno, more then enough to kill you and the baby. ”

“I don’t know but… I know that I began feeling sick after drinking a glass of coffee that had a strange metallic smell to it…”

“You implying you were poisoned?”

“… I don’t know but am telling you now that I never took those pills.”

“Alright then…”

Techno watched as he took more of his blood and checked his blood pressure. “His going to okay. Just take it easy, you lost a lot of blood and you might feel dizzy at times.”

The doctor packed up and prepared to leave when Techno opened his mouth. “Can I  leave tonight?”
